2453195 - Error With Fingerprint=8e8bc96840019d112af85524d0d36bb442abd8e7 While Trying to add a Record to Job/Dependent Information

You receive an error message when attempting to add a job info record to a partially created record: "Error in Job Information: The new start date must be greater than or equal to the first job record creation date."

Or

You receive an error message whole attempting to add Dependent Information to a user

1. Navigate to Admin Centre > Search for a user
2. Scroll to the Job Information Portlet
   OR
   Scroll to the Dependents Portlet 
3. Attempt to add a new record > Save
4. Application Error occurs

This error typically appears when you are trying to change/add a Job or Dependent Information Record while the User's EC Imports have not been fully completed.

That is, there is no hire record for the employee.

Import the job history of this employee with event hire/rehire to be able to use MSS/ESS action on this employee and add more job information.

The hire process can be completed either via UI add new hire wizard or via imports. If import is incomplete (minimum imports are not done or not done in proper order) then you cannot use UI to finish rest of the data, you need to complete rest of the data (at least first records) via import only.

Below are the basic minimum imports required for creating a user in EC, in exactly same order:

Perform these imports in the order mentioned below.
1. Basic Import
2. Biographical Information Import
3. Employment Details Import
4. Job History Import
5. Compensation Info Import
6. Personal Information Import
