When Creating a Job Requisition from the Position Org Chart can you Permission the fields on the Pop Up Window.

• Date of New Job Requisition
• Job Requisition Template
• Number of openings

1. Go to Position Org Chart
2. Select/Search the desired position
3. Click create Job Requisition

This popup window for Manage Job Requisition and the fields which it contains cannot be controlled by RBP. Even if you set an 'if' clause under Position Management Settings > Integration > Rule for Deriving Job Requisition Template ID, this will not restrict the visibility for the Job requisition templates displayed.

The only way to restrict which job requisition template the user will be able to select is to revoke the RBP Permission under Manage Position > Select Job Requisition Template in Position Organization Chart. This will appear as the standard job requisition template based on the GetReqTemplate rule of the below example.

Here is an example of a rule to derive the template. It will not be considered by the system if the above permission is selected.
