2453292 - Cannot open file <ECC Shared Path> when viewing data - Information Steward

Symptom

  • A join between two SAP ECC Application tables with error when view data or profile data.
    Error " Cannot open file //<path/IS_VIEW_RDR_7621_1_661_1>. Check its path and permissions."

  • Removing the existing join filters and conditions does not resolve the error. 
  • Other joins using simlar tables and design work successfully.
  • Able to view data in source tables successfully.
