Diagnosis

The directory CSU_DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_DIR that is defined in the configuration or execution parameters cannot be accessed by the current user.

Procedure

• Check if a valid physical path is defined for the logical directory CSU_DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_DIR in transaction FILE

• Check if the user has sufficient authorization to access the directory.
