Symptom

Unable to Edit Analytics Role from Role Maintenance option
Throwing Application error while trying to edit the role
Role Summary is not getting loaded successfully. It appears as "Loading..." for more than 30 minutes.
Role Summary does not load even after clearing the browser cache.
Unable to Delete any Analytics role from Role Maintenance.

Reproducing the Issue

Home > Analytics > Analytics > Admin (at the left upper corner) > Role Maintenance > Roles > Select any analytics role
It throws Application Error > Click on "OK"

Cause

It could be BizX-WFA Permission Integration Issue.
It could be possible that BizX is trying to control Analytics permission.
It could be possible that below 2 features are turned on in "Manage Workforce Analytics" in any of the RBP Role.

"Functional and Option Permissions"
"Measure and Dimension"

Functional and Option Permissions - If this switch is turned on then means then Role Maintenance screen in Analytics should not be used.

Measure and Dimension - This feature should never be switched on, if Core WFA cube is not configured; doing so, will cause failures.

Resolution

Step 1: Go To Admin Center > Reporting and Analytics > Manage Workforce Analytics

if you are unable to find "Manage Workforce Analytics" in "Step 1" then perform Step 2 else Step 3.

Step 2: Admin Center > Manage Permission Role > Select RBP Role > Permissions > Manage Dashboards/ Reports > select "Manage Workforce Analytics" > Done > Save Changes > Logout and Login Back to the instance

Step 3: Manage Workforce Analytics > Turn Off below 2 switches > Save > Logout > Clear browser cache > Login back to the instance and try editing the analytics role
