Is it possible to delete job requisition templates from the system?

At the moment, we do not have the possibility to delete existing job requisition templates. With the way the system is currently designed, it is not possible to delete a template. It is only possible to deactivate it.

However, deactivating a template can be a very critical operation and should be carefully planned because of the following condition: job requisition templates consist of an XML code that defines the structure of the requisition forms.

Every requisition form created upon a given template will be tied to that template, including application data from candidates related to those requisitions so inactivating a template could impact the associated forms.

• Partners can deactivate a job requisition template from the Provisioning (back-end);
• Customers can also deactivate a job requisition template by going to Manage Templates > Recruiting Management > Job Requisition and unchecking the active checkbox.

If you want just to hide the job requisition template, you can go to Form Template Setting, select the template and click the Disable button at the bottom of the page. This will hide the template from Users on the UI but the template will be kept active). If the template remains enabled here but deactivated on Manage Templates or Provisioning, the template will still not appear for Users on the UI.
