While scheduling an interview under Interview Scheduling, the Available Time Slots for Interviewer under Manage Interviewers page not showing interviewer's correct time zone as per the given time zone in user data file

The user proxy as Interviewer and system was showing parent user's time zone because system does not honor proxy while showing Available Time Slots under Manage Interviewers

An Interviewer needs to login into system using his/her credentials in order to see his/her time zone (matches the time zone given in user data file) under Available Time Slots in Manage Interviewers
