2453598 - 'Create Meeting' option is visible unexpectedly

Symptom

Neither Outlook Integration is enabled nor Meeting scheduler but 'Create meeting' option is visible under 'Take Action'

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Instance
  2. Navigate to Recruiting
  3. Click on Candidates to get into Talent pipeline
  4. Click on any candidate> Click on 'Take Action' from right corner

Cause

Outlook Calendar Integration option is checked under Company and Logo Settings

Resolution

  1. 'Create Meeting' option comes based on the check 'Outlook Calendar Integration' under Company and Logo Settings.
  2. Login to instance
  3. Navigate to Admin Center > Company and Logo Settings
  4. Uncheck the below option:
