• Can we migrate an instance from one Data Center to another? For example I want to move my production instance from DCxx to DCxx.
• Can we migrate a test instance from the production environment to the preview environment?
• Is there any costs involved in moving our instance from one Data Center to another or to change which tenants will receive early test release?

Note: Development/Sandbox tenant on Production environment cannot be migrated to Preview. This migration case is only applicable for a eligible test instance to be migrated to Preview environment.

How long would it take for the migration be completed?

• DC Migration delivery will generally start 6-9 weeks after a service order has been booked and may take an additional 3-6 weeks for all instances to be migrated to the target DC.
• Preview migrations can be scheduled 2-3 weeks after a Services Order has been booked and will be completed over four days.
