Symptom

The reports HRPAYRU_CIA3 and HRPAYRU_SICC do not show employees and relevant information about them (for example Official Code of Employee Category - field KATEG), if employee does not have any income in one of the payroll period (for example for fired employees, pensioners or contractors - GPH)
