2453981 - Error message when navigating from RfC - "You are not authorized to view this message"

Symptom

  • You click on a change document ID in the Scope assignment block
  • A pop up with the error message "You are not authorized to view this message" appears

  • The error message does not have a technical name or long text
  • You can open this ChaRM document with no issues, when searching for it under ChaRM => Search => change documents
  • When opening ChaRM documents from the Recent Items list, the wrong UI Config is loaded
