2454021 - Unable to add Learning Widget

• No learning type available when you try to add learning widget in company home page or group overview page.
• SuccessFactors Learning Records are not available in the selection options when adding learning widget

SAP Jam & Learning Integration

For Company homepage, go to SAP Jam Admin (Make sure Admin Area is set to Company) > Product Setup > Custom homepage > Manage home page > Edit (pencil icon) > Add Widget > Learning

For Group Overview page, go to Overview Page > Edit (or add overview page) > Add Widget > Learning

Choose Learning Item (Show), no learning type available.

• Learning Item is added to an Administrative Area which is associated to a specific group only
• There is no available record type

Go to Jam Admin and check in which Administrative Area the Learning Record is added. In this example, the Record can be located in the “Learning Integration” Administrative Area and its associated with the “SAP Jam Learning Integration Administrative Area group”.

That means you can only add this Learning Record in overview page of this group. In this example, it is “SAP Jam Learning Integration Administrative Area group”

Please note: It’s important that there’s an available record type for each Learning Record to be displayed in the widget.
