2454022 - SAP IQ 16 Client Install Fails on Window - SAP IQ

Symptom

When installing the IQ Client on Window, the following error is returned:

    ZeroGu2: Windows DLL failed to load
               at ZeroGa2.b(DashoA10*..)
               at ZeroGa2.b(DashoA10*..)
               at com.zerog.ia.installer.LifeCycleManager.b(DashoA10*..)

Environment

SAP IQ 16 SP08 client on a Windows 2012 R2 Server.
