2455158 - BAPI does not take over default characteristic from material master

Symptom

You maintained default values in the characteristics for the material in the material master record. When you create a purchase requisition (PR) in ME51N, the default characteristics is taken over (visible in tab Material data>button Configuration). However, if you create the PR with identical data via BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE or BAPI_PR_CREATE, the default values are not taken over.
