2455293 - During synchronization dbsrvXX.exe process is causing 100% CPU usage and synchronizations are really slow - SMP MBO

Symptom

  • When the users start to synchronize, the synchronizations become really slow when more users are synchronizing.
  • Moreover in the data tier dbsrvXX.exe process is consuming 100% of the CPU.
  • Among the poor performance sometimes it causes locks in the ml_database.
  • The dbunload process temporarily fixes the issue, but after some time the CPU usage will be 100% again.

NOTE: another possible phenomenon is that not all of the MBOs are causing this serious performance issue. MBOs with different data models can behave different in this case.
