2455555 - Logical System Not Displayed for Supplier Transfer Selection in ROS

Symptom

Logical systems are maintained for supplier transfer and replication in the ROS customizing:

SPRO -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management
          -> Supplier Collaboration
           -> Supplier Self-Registration
            -> Settings for Supplier Transfer and Replication
             -> Define Transfer Settings

However, not all of them are displayed on potential supplier screen for transfer selection.
