Is it possible to disable Offer Approval / Offer Letter feature?

Use case:

• Customer would only like to use Offer Letter feature and not Offer Approval.
• Customer would like to skip Offer Approval to hire a candidate via Manage Pending Hires.

Offer Approval

It is possible to disable Offer Approval feature via the switch "Enable Offer Approval" in Provisioning > Company Settings.

What happens if the Offer Approval feature is not enabled?

1. The Offer Approval option is unavailable under Take Action > Offer menu on the job application page.
2. You cannot hire candidates via Manage Pending Hires. When you move a candidate to a hireable status, the following alert is shown.
   Note: Offer Approval feature is required for using Manage Pending Hires integration between EC and RCM.
   

Offer Letter

There is no switch to disable Offer Letter feature, but you can hide the Offer Letter option from Take Action > Offer menu on the job application page.

To hide it, remove all Offer Letter feature permissions from the Job Requisition template.
