Symptom

  • SAP Collaboration
  • Trying to send incident to SAP and failing: No suitable text provided to send incident to SAP
  • User did maintain the Additional Information > Information for SAP when using guided procedure to send to SAP
  • On Confirm and Send screen, the value from Information for SAP was removed
  • Notice in the Text assignment block, the logged in user has no access to add text type of Information for SAP:
