2455618 - Error 'Wait for solution Update. Do not close this window' while accessing Business Configurations

When trying to access Business Configurations the system throws the error 'Wait for solution Update. Do not close this window'. And also the system pops up message 'Updating your Solution Profile'

1. Go to Business Configuration Work center
2. Select Implementatiion Project view
3. Select Open activity list

And then the error occurs

The Business Configuration is inconsistent because a PDI Solution was recently removed without descoping it before, and the solution removed data from the configuration that turned it inconsistent.

You should re-deploy the solution and then first de-scope it in the configuration. Then you can delete it.
Before de-scoping it, you have to remove a data from the configuration that was created with reference to entities of the PDI solution.
