Symptom

Unable to edit specific fields when a Sales Order is being integrated with ERP

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center
  2. Select Sales Order View
  3. The fields quantity for Products or the Price/Pricing components cannot be edited.

Cause

Editing apply to new Product and change quantity of products is allowed as long as they have not been delivered

Price and Pricing components can be changed as long as the billing process has not started.
