How to stop a scheduled Ad Hoc Report?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Ad Hoc report
  • Report - Table

Resolution


If you do not has access to your Provisioning instance, prompt to your partner or open a ticket to the SAP Cloud Product Support, so, they will can perform this job.

  1. Access provisioning instance
  2. Click on "Manage Scheduled Jobs"
  3. On Search box, search for the scheduled Job name
  4. On desired job, click on the action button
  5. Click in "Cancel"
  6. Yes to the message
  7. Optional: Click on the drop down on the right > Delete
