Symptom

The following errors occurs while updating the hdbuserstore or during the PREP_INSTALL/SHDUNINST_DB_PREP phase of a DB upgrade respectively:

  • SSFS-1670: Update of the secure storage is locked for update by user "xxx" from host "<hostname>" since "<timestamp>".
  • Error 91005: Secure store call failed: Update of the secure storage is locked for update by user "xxx" from host "<hostname>" since "<timestamp>".
