2455691 - Missing functions in productive systems in WLF_IDOC

Symptom

You are using transaction WLF_IDOC (report RWLFIDOC_NEW) or 'Process IDOCS' Fiori App to process IDOCs. In productive systems you experience, that although all the required authorization was granted for the user, after selecting IDOCs to be processed, the following buttons are not displayed on the results list screen:

  • Change control record
  • Copy IDOC and delete segment
  • Change status

However, with the same authorizations used in other, non-productive environments, these buttons are being displayed.
