2455787 - No RFC authorization for function module /SDF/SDCC_START_OF_SESSION

Symptom

'SAP EarlyWatch Alert' task failed due to following error message.

"Error transferring session data to SM_<SID of SolMan>CLNT<Client Number>_BACK
/ No RFC authorization for function module /SDF/SDCC_START_OF_SESSION.
transfer aborted: communication failure in /SDF/SDCC_START_OF_SESSION"

A similar dump is also detected in tr_cd:ST22.

      No RFC authorization for function module "/SDF/SDCC_START_OF_SESSION".

What happened?

    User "SMB_<SID>" in Client <Client number> attempted to execute function module
   "/SDF/SDCC_START_OF_SESSION" from
    function group "/SDF/SDCC_SM", but does not have the relevant RFC
    authorization.
   Error in the ABAP Application Program.

    The current ABAP program "/SDF/SAPLSDCC_SM" has to be terminated because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
