2455929 - Cannot Change Address in Contracts

Symptom

You want to change the account address in a contract, but the address is uneditable.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Contract workcenter
  2. Go to the Contract View.
  3. Open the contract ABC with In Preparation status.
  4. Navigate to the Involved Parties tab.
  5. Account Address is not editable.

When the account has multiple addresses, you want the flexibility to choose or change the address in the contracts.

Cause

This is the existing system behavior.

Resolution

From 1708 onwards, selection of address out of the maintained addresses in accounts should be possible. The Customer would also be hyperlinked and would display quick view when hovered over it.
