Symptom
- During database recovery, received a timeslice error with a stack trace:
timeslice -1501, current process infected at 0xacc9da (prepprev+0xda)
timeslice error: spid 1 exhausted its 'time slice' of 100 milliseconds and additional 'cpu grace time' of 1500 ticks (150000 milliseconds). It has been marked for termination.

- The database is left offline (sysdatabases..status = 48).
- The "allow incremental dumps" database option is enabled on the ASE server.
