2456376 - How to set Due By steps available for selection on notification for a custom process - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

How to configure a notification for a custom process when the due by field does not have any option in the dropdown?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

There is no key defined for Due Date in SuperAdmin

Resolution

In order to add the due by options, you must go to:

  1. Onboarding Superadmin > Your Account > Process
  2. Click in the name of your custom process

  3. Click in Due Dates

  4. Insert the Key Name and click in create

  5. If you go back to your Notification settings you will see the option start Date is now available
