2456381 - How to close change cycle in Solution Manager 7.20

• Complete a task list
• Unable to close ChaRM tasklist
• Unconditionally close a tasklist
• Report /TMWFLOW/TL_COMPLETE_FORCE no longer exists
• These unfinished change documents will be transferred to the successor cycle
  Change documents in a final status are also registered as unfinished if they still have transport requests in the buffer of the production system
• Cycle cannot be completed or withdrawn because of unfinished change documents
  Note: Change documents in a final status but with transport requests in the production system's buffer are also regarded as unfinished
