2456463 - How to run report in different locale?

Trying to generate a report in different Locale after making the changes but still generates the output in English locale.

• The report in LMS will be generated based on the preferences set by the user who is generating the report.
• For example if you are generating the report from Admin side, then you should have your locale changed to the locale you want the report to be generated. 
  Click on Preferences -> In Settings section -> Set Active Locale ID to the locale you want to generate the report. -> click on Apply Changes.
• Same applies when generating the report from User end. Navigate to User end -> In Easy Links -> Options and Settings -> set Active Locale ID to the locale you want to generate the report-> Click on Apply Changes.
