2456504 - Unable to launch SAP Easy Access menu transaction with S4HANA 1610

Symptom

When using S4HANA 1610 with NetWeaver 7.51 , the user is not able to launch Fiori transaction application using SAP Easy Access menu.

Error:

  • "Could not open app. Please try again later"
  • "Failed to resolve navigation target: "#Shell-startGUI?sap-ui2-tcode=SE80" -  Could not resolve navigation target sap.ushell.renderers.fiori2.Shell.controller"
