2456559 - T-code KE1Z makes duplicated posting in FI-GL when transfer same data for multiple times

Symptom

Using T-code KE1Z to transfer same plan data to FI-GL for multiple times, system generates new document each time, and not just posts the delta amount. This also happens when you use T-code KE1Y to transfer plan data to FI-SL.
