Symptom

An error 695 on object 99 occurred in database recovery phase "Started filling free space info for database" and database recovery failed.

server Error: 695, Severity: 21, State: 1
server An attempt was made to read logical page '123456789' for database '<db_name>' (6), object '' (99), index '<Unknown>' (0), partition '<Unknown>' (99) from disk. Wrong logical page '123456789' was brought into cache 'default data cache'. If pages are being signed, this may indicate a signature check failure.
