2456790 - Loyalty Points expiration time due to inactivity

Symptom

Currently the business runs only one loyalty program that runs worldwide, the points earned from the loyalty program are set to expire after 2 years from the date that they were earned, if they have not been redeemed.

But the business want exempt a group of loyalty members that belong to a single location (country) from getting their points expired, because a law specific to that location will not allow to points to expire based on a time limit.
