2456859 - View History permission is given, but still history icon is missing in MDF based portlet (Payment information)

The permission to View History icon was already given through Role Based Permissions but still this is not yet getting displayed in the Payment information portlet.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Metadata Framework (MDF)

• Additional permission is needed for MDF based portlets.
• NOTE: these symptoms and solution below might aswell affect other MDF portlets

Prior to b1905:

• Read/Write permission on Metadata Framework (Renamed to "Access to non-secured objects") is required to access the History of any MDF Object from the People Profile, along with access to "Manage" in the Position Org Chart. 
  

B1905:
From b1905 on there is a change in logic. The permission Read/Write permission on Metadata Framework (Renamed to "Access to non-secured objects"), is no long required.
This Permission now simply labeled as "Access to non-secured objects", is only required, to access non-secured MDF objects via Manage Data.
It is no longer required to access the History of an MDF object or "Manage" in the Position org Chart.
