2457063 - Web Service Query Doesn't have KUT and PDI Fields

You are querying a Web Service, but the response doesn't have the KUT and PDI fields extended to that Web Service.

The reason that the PDI and KUT fields are missing in the response is that there is no value for these fields in the respective BO.

So, the response will have the KUT and PDI fields only if they hold a value/text. If the fields are blank in the UI then they are not part of web service response.
