2457080 - Backups hangs and does not complete - SAP ASE

• The Backup Server error shows a dump database running but not completing:

Apr  8 03:10:54 2017: Backup Server: 4.188.1.1: Database <database>: 117728118 kilobytes (89%) DUMPED.
Apr  8 03:11:09 2017: Backup Server: 4.188.1.1: Database <database>: 119002848 kilobytes (90%) DUMPED.

• The ASE error log reports the following message during the time when DUMP DATABASE was running:

00:0002:00000:00090:2017/04/08 03:02:35.52 server  site_hdlr: No LOGCONN for packet from site 1, channel 6
00:0002:00000:00090:2017/04/08 03:03:15.30 server  site_hdlr: No LOGCONN for packet from site 1, channel 6

• Backups are taken through OSV (an Open Server API) and not the ASE Backup Server.
