2457107 - There is no data to be visualized on tiles on Analytics Live Slide - Presentations

When adding an Analytics Live Slide on Presentations, the tiles display the message "There is no data to be visualized" in the charts:

This may be caused when the filters for the tiles were not configured by the creator of the presentation, leaving the filters with the default selection, and there is no data for the default filters.
Most times, the default filters for tiles are configured as "Team View" of the logged user. Thus, if the logged user does not have any information for the tiles, no data will be displayed.

Analytics live slides on Presentations will follow the filters configured for the Tiles on Admin Center > Manage Dashboards, if you do not select any specific filters in the slides.

The filters can be changed directly on the Analytics Live Slides by the creator of the presentation, following the below steps:

1. Open the Analytics Live Slide in Presentation Mode;
2. Double click in the warning message or in the chart:

3. Click on "Filters" at the top of the pop-up window:

4. The filter options will show;
5. Select the desired filters (e.g. "Other Filters"):

6. Click "Apply Filters";
7. You will be able to see a sample of the chart:

8. Close the Filters pop-up window and repeat the same steps for all tiles added in the live slide;
9. The Analytics Live Slide now shows data for the tiles selected:
