2457127 - Link in notification giving Timestamp Error - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

When clicking on the link in the notification a timestamp error is showing. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  • Confirm that the link in the notification is correct
    1. find the notification in the mail queue
    2. open and click source
    3. look for the link, link must include candidates HRData ID and/or Notification ID
  • If the link is correct, create a case in the SAP Support Portal for further investigation
