2457150 - "CREATE " functionality in Off Cycle Rule

Cannot use "CREATE" functionality when creating Off Cycle Rule.

As per the current product design, Off Cycle does not support CREATE functionality used in rule "Then" condition.

Ensure that you don't add 'CREATE' conditions to your rule, as Offcycle Event Batch doesn't support rules with 'CREATE' conditions.
