Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
If the signature step is not shown for your custom onboarding process then please check Super admin (backend) > Account Options > search for key 'XpressHR.Signature.NESSignatureForStandardProcessesOnly' > If the value is True, you need to set it to False for employee signature step to show.
