Symptom

Below warning message occurs when logon to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform with an SAP user that have an initial password or user account not in validity date.

  • Could not log on to BIP server; You must change your password
  • Could not log on to BIP server; Failed while trying to log on user XXX. RFC error: " Number:000 (USER_OUTSIDE_VALIDITY)" (FWM 00013)
