2457374 - Error KD302 doesn't occur for "0,0,1" combination in cost splitting by equivalence numbers

Symptom

According to SAP Note 418445, error message KD302 should occur for the so-called "0,0,1"(Plan activity, Capacity, Equivalence number) combination during cost splitting by equivalence numbers.
However, the error message doesn't occur even if the plan activity, capacity, equivalence number combination for relevant cost center/activity type is 0,0,1 in T-code KP26.
