Symptom

  • AW paid (/309) and AW unpaid (/310) are incorrect.
  • CPF shortfall or excess is wrongly calcualted in terminated month or Year End Adjustment.
  • Avoid too much CPF excess for new hires in 'Previous year TOW' method.
