2457426 - It is possible to link an Analysis Office workbook saved on Business Intelligence Platform to a BPF Activity? - BPC 10.1 Embedded

Symptom

  • Unable to link an Analysis Office workbook stored on Business Intelligence Platform to a Business Process Flow activity. 
  • When choosing the target action “Analysis Office – Open Workbook”, the Workbook is neither found by its name nor technical ID or CUID. The system throws the following error:

“There are errors in the Service call”

“Could not find workbook WORKBOOK_NAME”

When choosing the target action “External Resources – Open URL”, the document link of the AO workbook can be pasted, but variables cannot be pre-filled with context or preselected values.
