2457558 - Error AA908 in AS91 when saving the legacy asset

Symptom

The ordinary depreciation start date is not automatically created when entering the capitalization date.

This can happen for dates that are only prior to an specific point in time. For example, if the capitalization date is 01.01.2015, the ordinary depreciation date is derived correctly but if the capitalization date is 01.01.2013 this ordinary depreciation date is not populated.
