SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Support doesn't provide any assistance for the free trial demo Instances or Sales Demos environments.

NOTE: Partners that would like to request a SalesDemo instance creation may submit the request through HCM Cloud Operations Portal. This portal can be accessed with SAP-ID logon credentials.
