Symptom

Below error occurs when refresh an AO workbook：

  • Cannot retrieve InfoObject from BIP server; InfoObject ID is XXXX
  • Unknown connection XXX on system XXX. To access connection XXX, log on to a different BusinessObjects BI platform system
  • Exception occurred while trying to connect to system XXX for data source XXX (ID-103012)
