2458134 - "Approval Status" report not returning results for external/Internal events records

The "Approvals Status" report does not return the results for external/internal events records if it has an approval process associated to mark it as complete.

2. Run the "Approval Status" report.

The "INTERNAL EVENT RECORD LEARNING", "EXTERNAL EVENT RECORD LEARNING" and "EXTERNAL LEARNING REQUEST" approval types separately exist in Learning.

The difference between them is that the "INTERNAL EVENT RECORD LEARNING" and the "EXTERNAL EVENT RECORD LEARNING" approval types are initiated when any external/internal course's self record learning is done by the user and the "EXTERNAL LEARNING REQUEST" approval type is initiated when a user raises a request for any external learning which is planned to be taken in the future.

The "EXTERNAL EVENT RECORD LEARNING" and the "INTERNAL EVENT RECORD LEARNING" approval types do not appear in the "Approval Status" report. The system is working as expected.

To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
