2458193 - Timestamp deviation of a HANA PIT recovery

Symptom

A Point-In-Time recovery to e.g. the time-stamp 30.01.2017 - 15:50 CET (14:50 UTC) results in a successful revovery at "2017-01-30T15:37:14+01:00“ (->CET !).

The last recovered log-position is behind the the one defined in the recovery command / dialog.
