2458261 - Unable to search users while using "Assign task Observer"

Unable to search users while using "Assign Task Observer" function (Step 3).

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Please follow the below steps:

1. In Learning Administration > Manage Users Learning
2. Navigate to "Assign Task Observers"
3. Step 1: Add an Item > search for the Item and click "Step 2"
4. Step 2: Add Observers > Search for the Observer's use and click "Step 3"
5. Step 3: Add Users > Now try to search a user and you will not be able to find users

The task has not been assigned to any user.

The "Assign Task Observer" functionality helps you to assign an observer for whom a task has been assigned.

This functionality is not used to assign Task and Observers to user at the same time.

For you to find a user while using the "Assign Task Observer" under tools section, please assign the task to user and use this functionality to assign the observer for whom the task has already been assigned.
